Peluang dan Cabaran Gaya Kepimpinan Hybrid Dalam Dinamika Organisasi Lembaga Kemajuan Tanah Persekutuan (FELDA)
Abstract
Gaya kepimpinan hybrid, yang menggabungkan elemen transformasional, transaksional, dan laissez-faire, telah muncul sebagai pendekatan inovatif yang sesuai untuk organisasi besar seperti FELDA. Objektif penulisan ini mengenalpasti peluang dan cabaran pendekatan kepimpinan ini dalam meningkatkan komitmen organisasi, motivasi pekerja, dan prestasi kerja secara keseluruhan. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kualitatif yang melibatkan analisis kandungan bagi tujuan pengumpulan dan penganalisaan data. Kesimpulan kajian ini, gaya kepimpinan hybrid menawarkan peluang besar untuk meningkatkan keberkesanan organisasi besar seperti FELDA dengan memberikan fleksibiliti kepada pemimpin untuk menyesuaikan strategi kepimpinan mereka berdasarkan keperluan dan cabaran unik organisasi.
