Abstract

Kepuasan pelajar merupakan indikator penting dalam menilai kualiti institusi pengajian tinggi kerana ia mencerminkan pengalaman pembelajaran serta persepsi pelajar terhadap sokongan akademik dan perkhidmatan institusi. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tahap kepuasan mahasiswa universiti terhadap lima aspek utama, iaitu efikasi diri, kebolehcapaian perkhidmatan, kualiti staf akademik, prestasi akademik dan program sokongan pembelajaran. Reka bentuk kajian kuantitatif digunakan dengan pengumpulan data melalui soal selidik berstruktur yang diedarkan kepada mahasiswa universiti. Analisis statistik deskriptif yang merangkumi purata, median, sisihan piawai dan kepencongan digunakan bagi menilai persepsi pelajar terhadap setiap aspek serta tahap kepuasan keseluruhan. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa secara keseluruhannya, tahap kepuasan mahasiswa sederhana hingga tinggi bagi semua aspek yang dikaji. Aspek kebolehcapaian perkhidmatan, prestasi akademik dan program sokongan pembelajaran turut menunjukkan tahap kepuasan yang memuaskan, walaupun terdapat variasi dalam beberapa item tertentu. Secara keseluruhannya, kajian ini menekankan kepentingan penyediaan persekitaran pembelajaran yang holistik dan menyokong. Dapatan kajian ini boleh dijadikan rujukan oleh pihak pengurusan universiti dalam merancang strategi penambahbaikan perkhidmatan dan sokongan pelajar.
