Hubungan Kecerdasan Emosi Pengetua dengan Efikasi Kendiri Guru
Abstract
Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk menentukan bagaimana efikasi kendiri guru dan kecerdasan emosi pengetua berhubung antara satu sama lain di sebuah sekolah harian bantuan kerajaan di Sarawak, Malaysia. Teknik persampelan kebarangkalian berbilang telah digunakan dalam strategi tinjauan yang digunakan untuk mengumpul data bagi penyiasatan bukan eksperimen ini. 406 orang guru telah diberikan satu set soalan yang diubah suai. IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 telah digunakan untuk memproses data. Statistik deskriptif dan inferensi, termasuk peratusan, min, sisihan piawai, ujian-t, dan korelasi Pearson, digunakan untuk meneliti data bagi menangani isu kajian. Mengikut analisis deskriptif, efikasi kendiri guru dan kecerdasan emosi pengetua kedua-duanya tinggi. Kajian mendapati bahawa skor min bagi kecerdasan emosi pengetua dan efikasi kendiri berasaskan jantina guru adalah berbeza dengan ketara. Keputusan ujian korelasi Pearson menunjukkan hubungan linear positif yang signifikan antara efikasi kendiri guru dan kecerdasan emosi pengetua. Terdapat juga cadangan untuk penyelidikan tambahan dan implikasi yang dibincangkan.
