Penyalahgunaan Penyeliaan dan Penyimpangan Tingkah Laku: Kesan Pengantara Ketakterlibatan Moral

Abstract

Pengantara ketakterlibatan moral jarang digunakan sebagai mekanisme dalam menentukan hubungan antara penyalahgunaan penyeliaan dan penyimpangan tingkah laku. Menggabungkan Teori Ketakterlibatan Moral, Teori Pertukaran Sosial dan dapatan kajian lepas, terhasilnya model yang menunjukkan penyalahgunaan penyeliaan akan meningkatkan ketakterlibatan moral seseorang individu dan seterusnya meningkatkan kebarangkalian penglibatan individu terhadap tingkah laku menyimpang yang secara langsung memberi kesan kepada individu atau organisasi atau kedua-duanya. Model ini menunjukkan bagaimana integrasi yang diperolehi dari sorotan literatur antara pemboleh ubah iaitu penyalahgunaaan penyeliaan, ketakterlibatan moral dan penyimpangan tingkah laku berupaya meneroka dan memberikan pemahaman terhadap tingkah laku menyimpang individu dalam organisasi. Pemahaman ini akan membantu organisasi menjalankan intervensi menangani isu penyimpangan tingkah laku dalam organisasi.
