Analisis Model Rasch Terhadap Profesionalisme Guru Geografi dalam Pelaksanaan Kurikulum Persekolahan 2027 di Malaysia
Abstract
Kajian ini bertujuan menganalisis tahap profesionalisme guru Geografi sekolah menengah di Malaysia dalam melaksanakan Kurikulum Persekolahan 2027 menggunakan Model Rasch. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berasaskan reka bentuk tinjauan deskriptif dengan melibatkan 300 orang guru Geografi sekolah menengah yang dipilih melalui gabungan pensampelan berstrata berkadar dan pensampelan rawak mudah. Instrumen kajian yang digunakan ialah Instrumen Soal Selidik Profesionalisme Guru Geografi Malaysia yang mengandungi 60 item merangkumi empat domain utama, iaitu amalan pedagogi, penguasaan kandungan, pelaksanaan pentaksiran dan pendidikan karakter. Data dianalisis menggunakan Model Rasch melibatkan statistik person dan item, ukuran logit, kebolehpercayaan, pengasingan dan kesepadanan item. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa tahap profesionalisme guru Geografi secara keseluruhannya berada pada tahap tinggi dengan min ukuran person 2.63 logit melebihi min ukuran item 0.00 logit, serta min skor mentah 249.7 daripada 300 atau purata 4.16 bagi setiap item. Nilai Person Reliability berada antara 0.95 hingga 0.96, manakala Item Reliability ialah 0.99. Walau bagaimanapun, aspek pedagogi autentik, pembelajaran berasaskan projek, aktiviti lapangan, pentaksiran dalam talian dan Sistem Maklumat Geografi masih memerlukan pengukuhan. Guru Geografi mempunyai asas profesional yang kukuh, namun pembangunan profesional yang lebih berfokus masih diperlukan bagi menyokong pelaksanaan Kurikulum Persekolahan 2027 secara berkesan.
