Komunikasi Digital terhadap Kesihatan Mental Guru: Kajian Literatur Sistematik
Abstract
Perkembangan pesat teknologi komunikasi digital telah mengubah secara signifikan corak kerja guru, khususnya dalam aspek komunikasi profesional dengan pihak pentadbiran sekolah, ibu bapa dan pelajar. Walaupun komunikasi digital meningkatkan kecekapan serta kelancaran penyampaian maklumat, peningkatan intensiti dan kekerapan komunikasi kerja yang berterusan berpotensi menjejaskan kesihatan mental guru. Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk mensintesis secara sistematik dapatan kajian empirikal berkaitan komunikasi digital terhadap kesihatan mental guru. Kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk tinjauan literatur sistematik berpandukan garis panduan PRISMA. Pencarian literatur dijalankan melalui pangkalan data Scopus dan EBSCO melibatkan kajian empirikal yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2018 hingga 2024. Sebanyak 20 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi telah dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan sintesis tematik. Berdasarkan sintesis dapatan kajian-kajian terdahulu, komunikasi digital didapati berfungsi sebagai satu bentuk tuntutan kerja yang menyumbang kepada peningkatan tekanan psikologi, keletihan emosi dan risiko burnout dalam kalangan guru. Kesan negatif ini menjadi lebih ketara apabila komunikasi kerja berlaku di luar waktu kerja formal, melibatkan jangkaan respons segera serta dilaksanakan tanpa garis panduan organisasi yang jelas. Kajian ini menegaskan keperluan pengurusan komunikasi digital yang lebih sistematik, beretika dan berfokuskan kesejahteraan bagi melindungi kesihatan mental guru serta memastikan kelestarian profesion perguruan dalam era pendidikan digital.
