Amalan Kepimpinan Transformasional Guru Besar dan Hubungannya dengan Inovasi Pengajaran Guru di SJKC Daerah Melaka Tengah

Abstract

Kajian ini melaporkan dapatan empirikal mengenai hubungan antara amalan kepimpinan transformasional guru besar dan inovasi pengajaran guru dalam konteks Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Cina (SJKC) di Daerah Melaka Tengah. Penyelidikan ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui reka bentuk tinjauan dengan melibatkan 181 orang guru sebagai responden. Data kajian dikumpulkan melalui penggunaan soal selidik berstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif bersama analisis korelasi Pearson. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahawa tahap amalan kepimpinan transformasional guru besar adalah tinggi, selari dengan tahap inovasi pengajaran guru yang turut dilaporkan tinggi. Analisis korelasi turut menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kedua-dua pemboleh ubah, dengan kekuatan hubungan berada pada tahap sederhana kuat. Dapatan ini menunjukkan bahawa kepimpinan yang menekankan visi bersama, sokongan profesional dan rangsangan intelektual berupaya mewujudkan persekitaran sekolah yang kondusif terhadap pelaksanaan inovasi pengajaran. Secara keseluruhannya, kajian ini menyumbang bukti empirikal tentang peranan kepimpinan transformasional guru besar dalam menyokong inovasi pengajaran di sekolah rendah vernakular. Dapatan kajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan kepada pentadbir sekolah dan pihak berkepentingan pendidikan dalam usaha memperkukuh amalan kepimpinan sekolah yang berorientasikan transformasi dan inovasi.
